WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT OR GAIN IT? READ ON!
To lose weight, make sure you intake about 500 calories BELOW your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), which is what your body burns just lying there. If you want to gain weight, make sure you intake 500 calories above your RMR.
TAKE IN CONSIDERATION….
If you work out, subtract the amount of calories you expend to what you intake (calorie count).
If y0u take intake less than what you consume, you will loose weight. However, if you starve yourself, your body will “horde” energy (fat). So, it is better to feed your body to keep up with your workouts instead of starving it. Eat more protein instead of carbohydrates (you still intake calories).
